Fitting Guidelines and Payment Terms
- Please limit the number of attendees to 2 to 3 individuals during fittings to ensure a focused and productive session.
- For the comfort and efficiency of all involved, we kindly request that children not be present during fittings.
- During the initial consultation, we'll discuss your preferences and requirements in detail. Any significant alterations requested afterward will be subject to additional charges.
- Payment is split into 3 installments. The first payment is 2/3 of the total price, the second payment is made after the second toile fitting, and the third payment is due on the day you collect the dress.
- Timely payments are crucial. Late payments will incur a 20% surcharge on the total amount owed.
- Failure to make payment will result in the cancellation of the dress order.
- Failure to make payment upon completion of the dress will result in the client not receiving the garment. We kindly ask for timely payment to prevent any inconvenience.
- Antwi can come to dress you, and her presence is included in the dress package, but the travel expenses must be covered separately.
