Payment Terms
• Deposit: A deposit of 2/3 of the labor and material costs is required to confirm the order. This deposit is non-refundable.
• Remaining Payment: The remaining balance must be paid in full before the product is picked up or delivered, or in some cases, at the time of collection.
• Non-Payment: If the full payment is not made, the product will not be released. I reserve the right to take legal action or charge additional fees. -
Cancellation and Modification Policy
• Cancellation by the Customer:
- In the event of cancellation by the customer, the deposit will be retained.
- If additional work has already been completed, extra charges will apply for the materials used and labor hours worked. I will retain the dress until the full payment is made, after which the dress will be completed and available for pickup.
• Cancellation by the Service Provider: In exceptional cases where I am forced to cancel the order, the deposit will be refunded in full. If the customer has provided the fabric, they must present proof of purchase (receipt) to be reimbursed for the cost of the fabric. The dress in progress remains my property.
• Disrespectful Behavior: Disrespectful or offensive communication will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to terminate the collaboration in cases of extreme disrespect.
• Design Modifications: - Modifications made after the initial design approval may incur additional costs and/or delays. Changes to white dresses with samples will be charged after the second fitting.
- Modifications to traditional dresses after the fitting may be rejected or, if feasible, will incur additional costs.
- Changes that are not reasonably achievable within the agreed deadline may be declined.

Delivery Deadlines and Delays
• Delivery Date: The agreed delivery date will be adhered to as much as possible.
• Delays Beyond My Control: Delays caused by suppliers, natural disasters, pandemics, or other unforeseen circumstances are beyond my responsibility.
• Delays Caused by the Customer: If the customer does not respond promptly or misses fittings, the delivery date may be adjusted, and I will not be held liable for any inconvenience or damages caused. -
Fittings and Adjustments
• Number of Fittings: Two fittings are included in the price for traditional dresses.
- First Fitting: Major adjustments will be made during the first fitting.

Second Fitting: Final adjustments, such as adding crystals, will be made during the second fitting. Changes to the base of the dress at this stage will be charged and may be declined.
• Extra Adjustments: Additional requests or changes made during the second fitting may incur extra costs. These costs will be calculated based on the amount of work required and whether the deadline allows for the changes.
• No-Show Policy: If the customer fails to attend a fitting without prior notice, the missed appointment will count as a completed fitting.

Liability and Quality
• Quality Assurance: The product will be delivered according to the approved design. Minor variations may occur due to the handmade nature of the product.
• No Liability for Change of Preference: If the customer later decides that the design or dress is no longer to their liking due to a change in preference, no refunds will be provided.
• Material Usage: I am not liable for issues caused by materials supplied by the customer (e.g., poor quality or incorrect colors). -
Communication
• Timely Communication: Customers must respond within a reasonable timeframe to questions or requests for appointments. Delays caused by a lack of response may result in changes to the schedule or additional costs.
• Disrespectful Behavior: Disrespectful or offensive communication will not be tolerated. I reserve the right to terminate the collaboration in cases of repeated misconduct. -
Delivery and Ownership
• Ownership: The product remains my property until full payment has been made.
• Pickup: The product must be collected within 7 days of completion unless otherwise agreed upon. -
Number of Attendees at Appointments
• Number of Attendees: Customers may bring a maximum of 2 to 3 people to fittings to ensure a calm and efficient fitting experience.
• Children: Children under the age of 10 are not recommended to attend, as they may be disruptive and affect the fitting process. -
Disputes
• In the event of a dispute, we will first attempt to resolve it amicably. If this is not possible, the dispute will be handled under Belgian law.
